Ingredients

1/2cup Rolled Oats

1cup Non-fat, non-dairy milk

1/2 Apple, diced

1/2tsp Amara Spices Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

1tsp Raw forest honey

Toppings: Chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a small pot, bring the milk to a boil.

  2. Add the rolled oats, diced apple, and Amara Spices Ceylon cinnamon powder.

  3. Simmer for 5 minutes until the oats are tender and apple is softened.

  4. Stir in the honey and top it up with chopped nuts (if needed).

  5. Sprinkle an extra dash of Amara Spices Ceylon cinnamon powder and start your morning with this healthy and nutritious breakfast.
