Ingredients
4-5 Amara Spices Lal Pari Cloves
5-6 Amara Spices Black Pepper
2inch Amara Spices C5 Ceylon Cinnamon
1inch Fresh Ginger (peeled)
5-6 Fresh Basil leaves
1/2tsp Forest Honey
Preparation
In a large pot, combine Amara Spices Lal Pari Cloves, Amara Spices Black Pepper, Amara Spices C5 Ceylon Cinnamon, and freshly peeled ginger.
Add the Basil leaves to the pot.
Pour in 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a cup using a fine-mesh sieve or a cheesecloth.
Add the Forest honey as per taste.
Drink this herbal tea hot.
