About the Recipe

Ingredients
1cup milk of choice (Dairy, Almond, oat, or Coconut milk)
1/2tsp Ashwagandha powder
1/2tsp Amara Spices Ceylon Cinnamon powder
1/4tsp fresh ginger, grated
1pinch Amara Spices Black pepper
1pinch Nutmeg powder
1pinch Cardamom powder
1tsp Coconut oil or Ghee
1tsp Raw forest honey or Maple syrup
Preparation
Combine milk, Ashwagandha powder, Amara Spices Ceylon cinnamon powder, grated ginger, nutmeg powder, cardamom, and Amara Spices black pepper in a saucepan.
Heat the mixture over medium-low heat. Whisk continuously to combine the spices and prevent clumps. Do not bring it to a boil; gently simmer the mixture for 3-5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Remove from heat and stir in the coconut oil or ghee.
Let it cool slightly to a drinkable temperature. Stir in the honey or maple syrup to sweeten.
Pour into a mug and sip the warm moon milk 30-60 minutes before bedtime as part of a relaxing ritual.
