Ingredients

1cup Greek yogurt

1/2tsp Amara Spices Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

1/2cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

1/4cup Granola

1tbsp Forest honey or Maple syrup

1/4cup Chopped fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and Amara Spices Ceylon Cinnamon Powder until well combined.

  2. Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into a glass or parfait dish.

  3. Top the yogurt with half of the mixed berries.

  4. Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.

  5. Repeat the layers; yogurt, berries, and granola.

  6. Drizzle with forest honey or Maple syrup, if desired.

  7. Garnish with chopped fresh mint leaves.

  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
