About the Recipe

Ingredients
1/4tsp Amara Spices Lakadong Turmeric
1 pinch Amara Spices Idukki Pepper
1pinch Amara Spices Vanilla
1 pinch Amara Spices C5 Ceylon Cinnamon
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk
1 tsp Cold-pressed Coconut Oil
1tbsp Maple Syrup
Preparation
In a small saucepan, heat the unsweetened milk over medium heat until it gets warm. Do not boil the milk.
Grind Amara Spices Lakadong Turmeric, Amara Spices Idukki Pepper and Amara Spices Vanilla into a fine powder.
Add 1/4tsp of the above mentioned powder in warm milk and simmer for 5-7 minutes. This will allow the spices to infuse its flavor in the milk.
Add maple syrup to the milk as per taste. Then add coconut oil. Stir well to ensure it’s evenly mixed.
Sprinkle Amara Spices ground C5 Ceylon Cinnamon on top for an extra burst of flavor.
