Ingredients
1tsp Ashwagandha powder
1cup Plant-based milk (Almond, Coconut, or rolled oats)
1/2tsp Amara Spices Ceylon Cinnamon powder
1/2tsp Raw forest honey
1pinch Nutmeg powder
Preparation
Bring the plant-based milk to a simmer in a small saucepan.
Add the Ashwagandha powder. Let it gently heat for 10 minutes. Whisk constantly to mix the powder consistently.
Add Raw forest honey and stir until dissolved. Transfer this in your favorite mug.
Add Amara Spices Ceylon Cinnamon powder and whisk gently to combine.
Sprinkle nutmeg powder and sip this delicious goodness.
